How It Works

Picture
FIRST - we have a sidewalk discussion & demonstration

PCC is happy to provide you an on-site demonstration. During demonstration, you will be able to witness our patented technology, removing a sidewalk trip hazard in less than 10 minutes.  In addition, we  discuss steps necessary to assist you in your efforts to establish a comprehensive ADA sidewalk improvement program.

SECOND – PCC conducts sidewalk survey

Utilizing smart phone and GIS technology , a PCC survey team will locate each hazard and record the hazard’s height and length. This data is deliverable in both spreadsheet, customizable map formats and plugs into GIS.

THIRD - present data & project costs

Once the hazard data is logged, we execute a project proposal including; maps (indicating location of each hazard), surveyor photos, cost analysis comparing PCC services to remove & replace and optional pricing programs.

FOURTH - execute

We will discuss possible project dates/ logistics and schedule up. Once project is completed, a walk around is conducted making sure each repair meets customer satisfaction.

Keep the sidewalk. Remove the liability.
